Spring Pad Package 8333-3871

This kit is intended for use on installations where the vehicle roof surface is extremely smooth and with normal unit gasket tension, the air conditioner may still be able to shift position. The pads included in the kit are of a high density open cell foam that will not take a permanent set and will help to keep tension on the unit mounting bolts.

As an additional measure to prevent the unit from shifting on the roof, we suggest applying double-sided tape (or silicone sealant) between the unit gasket and the roof surface.
