Terms & Returns

Under normal circumstance, most items usually ship within 1-3 days of payment; however some items could take longer.  We reserve the right to use the carrier of choice without notice or consent. Due to the nature of the shipping industry we do not guarantee shipping times or the handling by the carriers as those can be beyond our control. All items are shipped with an appropriate declared value based off of sale price. Most items are shipped from our location; however some items may be shipped from other locations. When available, we provide tracking numbers and information on all orders. If purchaser does not take receipt of shipment within 5 days of arrival at destination, the shipment will be sent back to seller and shipping charges will not be refunded. Refuse any shipments which appear to have damage. Failure to do so may delay freight claims or receiving a new unit.  Orders containing backordered or special order items will usually ship once all the parts for the order are available. The shipping option "Customer Provided Freight" is only available for the items that ship out of our Wichita warehouse, which includes the products with the added "I'm in no hurry" discount. Please check availability of products at this warehouse before selecting this shipping method.

LTL Freight Shipping
Due to the size and weight, when shipping ACs, they must be shipped via LTL Freight. Please ensure that your location supports deliveries via this method before placing your order as freight companies cannot deliver to locations with restrictions regarding this shipping method. For more information about LTL Freight shipping, please see our blog post here

Returns & Cancellations

Like many retailers, we guarantee our products; if an item hasn’t met your expectations, you can ship it back to us within 30 days of receipt of the item(s). Each item must have a RMA number clearly visible on the packaging and must ship back to our location. To obtain an RMA, please use the Contact Page to begin the RMA process. Items returned are subject to a restocking fee (up to 25%). No returns on items that show signs of wear, installation or use. No returns or cancellations on orders of 3 or more ACs. Shipping charges are not refunded. Items which appear to be defective must be handled through the manufacturer of the product. Items returned without a visible RMA will not be accepted. Items refused at delivery will be subject to a restocking fee (up to 25%) and shipping costs both ways. Once an order is processed and/or fulfilled it cannot be cancelled.

Orders that have not shipped or staged for shipping can be cancelled. All orders cancelled within one week of the purchase are subject to a 5% cancellation fee. All orders cancelled after one week of the purchase are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Backordered or special ordered items are not available for cancellation. However, you can still return the parts after requesting an RMA and shipping the item(s) back.
